The Folkestone Triennial takes place every three years in the seaside town of Folkestone on the south-east coast of England. Artists are invited to utilise public spaces in the local area to create works that reflect issues affecting both the town and the wider world. GLOCK was asked to create the design and build for their website.
Objective
To deliver an interactive, multi-media website which builds excitement around the Triennial and provides a user-friendly, informative experience for anyone either interested in or visiting the event.
Creative strategy
Reflecting the Triennial brand, we created a sleek, contemporary look for the website, using subtle design touches to attractively present different types of information, from audio to image galleries. The public-facing site engages and inspires users, while also ensuring that visitors to Folkstone are able to easily access key information about the Triennial.
